Building on a Decade of Investment in Industry Talent

Barings has committed $1 million to the PREA Foundation to support the development of future leaders in the real estate industry by funding internships, career pathway programs, and professional development initiatives. The commitment, announced during the 2026 PREA Spring Conference, will directly support participants across the PREA Foundation’s national partner network.

The investment builds on eight years of institutional partnership through Artemis, now a Barings company, which helped grow what was a 70-student summer program in 2018 into a career pipeline that reaches more than 7,000 students annually.
