The mission of the PREA Foundation is to advance the interests and values of the institutional real estate investment community by creating opportunities for people from all backgrounds to access and excel in the industry.
What We Do
Recognizing that developing talent is crucial to an organization’s success, the PREA Foundation provides funding for career development programs to help youth access opportunities in the real estate industry.
We know that talent is equally distributed in communities nationwide. Unfortunately, this talent is not equally developed. The PREA Foundation is funding the creation of career development programs to help emerging talent access life-changing careers in the vast real estate industry. These opportunities will equip emerging professionals with the skills and experience needed to build successful careers in commercial real estate, strengthening the industry’s talent pipeline and driving long-term economic growth.
Through PREA Foundation’s grant-making, we are building the largest and most comprehensive career pipeline into the commercial real estate industry.
