Launched in 2017 by a coalition of institutional investors, the PREA Foundation is dedicated to developing the next generation of talent for the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Since our founding, we have built the largest and most comprehensive career pipeline in CRE, resulting in more than 1,300 students being placed in internships across the industry.

PREA Foundation Funding to Support LP Internship
The PREA Foundation lowers barriers for both firms and students. We provide funding to cover wages, travel, and living expenses, enabling students to fully participate in their summer internships. For many students, relocation and living costs would otherwise prevent them from accepting these opportunities. By offsetting these expenses, we make it easier for LP firms to attract exceptional talent, ensuring that financial circumstances never become a barrier to participation.
